These sessions are tailored to your unique energetic needs and are designed to help align and balance your chakras, releasing any stagnant or imbalanced energy. I work with a variety of instruments, including my sequenced chakra bowls and wind chimes, to guide you through a deeply restorative and healing experience.

Whether you’re new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, I would love to hold space for you.

Holistic Therapy Practitioner

What is Reiki: Reiki is a Holistic complementary therapy. It is a method of natural healing which is cantered on universal life force energy. It is regarded as life energy at its most effective - with the maximum vibration. Reiki is an ancient healing art, it is a natural safe non-intrusive therapy, that promotes healing on spiritual, emotional, mental and physical levels by allowing the body mind and spirit the relaxation that it requires to heal itself via the gentle nurturing life force energy radiating from the practitioner's hands. It restores health and harmony at a deeply healing level. While spiritual in nature it is not affiliated with any religion and people from all walks of life use reiki.

Rei - Spiritual Wisdom: The interpretation of the Japanese character for Rei means knowledge of spiritual consciousness. It is understood to be God consciousness or God force. This is the wisdom that comes from God and is sometimes referred to as the Higher Self. God consciousness is all knowing and understands each person completely. It knows the cause of all problems and difficulties and knows what to do to heal them. After the Attunement the healer becomes directly connected and aware of this energy. With intent on the part of the person attuned, this awareness of higher self/God consciousness will continue to grow.

Ki - The Life Force: is the life force energy, or vital essence of the universe. It is also called the universal life force. It is the non-physical energy that is in and circulating around all living things. It is present all around us and can be accumulated

Rei - Ki in Reiki, then, it is the God consciousness called Rei that guides the life force called Ki. Reiki can be defined as spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki guides itself with its own wisdom. It is not drawn from the healer or his/her aura, but from the life source. The practitioner is merely a vehicle for the transmission of the energy, he/she does not guide it, and it guides them. Reiki can bring healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It treats the whole person. Reiki is not a religion, or affiliated with any religion.

Universal Energy: Reiki is a universal healing energy that is open and readily available to all. Everybody can learn Reiki regardless of age, education, race or creed. Still, meditative, spiritual discipline.
