I am currently a solicitor in Planning Law and also a passionate advocate for holistic healing and personal transformation. After experiencing a traumatic event, I sought guidance from an experienced facilitator known for her innovative healing modalities. Stuck in cultural norms that restricted my sense of freedom, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and liberation.

Through a personalized one-on-one retreat and a structured program with an experienced holistic facilator, I explored various holistic practices, one of which was Reiki, which I feel deeply connected with and this healing modality helped uncover the root causes of my traumas. This deep exploration not only facilitated healing but also sparked a profound spiritual awakening, allowing me to connect with my inner self.

Following the retreat, I embraced the process of integration, which played a crucial role in my continued healing. I began to break free from societal expectations that equated educational attainment with success. Embracing a new venture, I have become a certified Ayurvedic facial practitioner and completed Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training.

I will be pursuing certification as a sound healer in April 2025 with the aspiration of facilitating transformative retreats both in the UK and internationally. This journey has been nothing short of liberating, leading me to fulfill my soul's calling. I remain profoundly grateful to my mentor and my spiritual guide, for illuminating the path toward self-discovery and empowerment.
